Compensation:
- Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
- Commission Opportunities
- Vehicle Allowance
- Corporate Card
- First-year earnings potential: $70,000 - $90,000
- Earnings in subsequent years: $100,000+
Essential Job Functions
Summary of Responsibilities: In this crucial position, you will spearhead new business initiatives and cultivate enduring partnerships with manufacturing clients, directly impacting the company's expansion and your professional growth.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Initiating outreach to manufacturing clients to generate referrals or leads for new business.
- Crafting and executing innovative market strategies.
- Building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
Sales Strategies and Execution:
- Leading negotiations and navigating complex decision-making processes.
- Creating and delivering presentations that effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Collaborating with the operations team on weekly sales strategies.
- Sharing leads and insights with the sales team.
Follow-Up & Support:
- Ensuring service challenges are identified, understood, and resolved.
- Providing accurate forecasts through management reporting.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of manufacturing quality and inspection processes.

Job Qualifications:

- Familiarity with relevant software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability to work hours based on business requirements.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to travel to client locations on short notice.
- Travel may be required.
