Overview

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
  • Commission Opportunities
  • Vehicle Allowance
  • Corporate Card
  • First-year earnings potential: $70,000 - $90,000
  • Earnings in subsequent years: $100,000+

Essential Job Functions

Summary of Responsibilities: In this crucial position, you will spearhead new business initiatives and cultivate enduring partnerships with manufacturing clients, directly impacting the company's expansion and your professional growth.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Initiating outreach to manufacturing clients to generate referrals or leads for new business.
  • Crafting and executing innovative market strategies.
  • Building and nurturing long-term client relationships.

Sales Strategies and Execution:

  • Leading negotiations and navigating complex decision-making processes.
  • Creating and delivering presentations that effectively communicate the company's value proposition.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

  • Collaborating with the operations team on weekly sales strategies.
  • Sharing leads and insights with the sales team.

Follow-Up & Support:

  • Ensuring service challenges are identified, understood, and resolved.
  • Providing accurate forecasts through management reporting.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of manufacturing quality and inspection processes.

Job Qualifications:

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business.

  • Familiarity with relevant software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Availability to work hours based on business requirements.
  • Proven sales track record in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to travel to client locations on short notice.
  • Travel may be required.
