Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our banking products and services, and use this knowledge to identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell to clients.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teller Support: Support the teller line as needed, providing assistance with transactions and other banking services.
  • Loan Applications: Assist clients with loan applications, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a strong understanding of risk management principles.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a teller or universal banker, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
