- Market a full range of consumer and small business banking services to existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain well-developed knowledge of all products and services.
- Proactively seek coaching to develop service and sales skills.
- Operations Oversight
- Proactively resolve customer maintenance and/or client service problems.
- Maintain and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of banking channels.
- Execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately.
- High School diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Minimum one year relationship-based client consultation and/or consultative sales experience.
- Eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) or currently NMLS registered.
