About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to join our team at First Horizon. As a key contact for our clients, you will work to deepen relationships and provide personalized banking and advice to help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Opening Accounts and Supporting Bank Products: Assist clients with opening new accounts and introducing them to our range of banking products and services.
  • Identify Client Needs and Inform/Sell Products: Use your product knowledge and expertise to identify client needs and inform them about relevant banking products.
  • Support Teller Line as Needed: Assist the teller line as required, ensuring seamless service to our clients.
  • Assist with Loan Applications: Support clients with loan applications, providing guidance and assistance throughout the process.
  • Assist with Dual Control Vault Responsibilities and Audit Controls: Ensure compliance with dual control vault responsibilities and audit controls.
  • Assist with On-the-Job Training of New Associates: Mentor new associates, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 2-5 Years of Experience as a Teller or Universal Banker: 2-5 years of experience as a teller or universal banker is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
  • Ability to Recognize Needs and Cross-Sell Banking Products: The ability to recognize client needs and cross-sell banking products is essential.
  • Background Credit Check: As part of the employment process, you will be required to meet the requirements of a background credit check.
