Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Open Accounts and Support Bank Products: Assist clients with opening accounts and provide support for other bank products and services.
  • Identify Client Needs and Sell Products: Use your expertise to identify client needs and inform/sell products that meet their requirements.
  • Support the Teller Line: Assist the teller line as needed, ensuring seamless service to our clients.
  • Assist with Loan Applications: Help clients with loan applications, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Support Dual Control Vault Responsibilities and Audit Controls: Assist with dual control vault responsibilities and audit controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with On-the-Job Training: Support the training of new associates, helping them develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • 2-5 Years of Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a teller or universal banker, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is preferred.
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
  • Ability to Recognize Client Needs: The ability to recognize client needs and cross-sell banking products is essential for success in this role.
  • Background Check and Compliance: As part of the employment process, you will be required to meet the requirements of a background credit check and comply with the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations.
