Position Overview

The eCommerce Content Strategy Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies aimed at enhancing online sales performance through improved organic search visibility and user navigation. This position is integral to driving revenue growth by optimizing content and conversion rates across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategies for optimizing product content across eCommerce platforms to enhance visibility and sales.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Marketing, and Creative to ensure cohesive eCommerce growth initiatives.
  3. Manage the execution of omni-channel product launch campaigns that engage consumers and support retail strategies.
  4. Oversee the syndication of product reviews and ratings to maximize brand presence and consumer trust.
  5. Ensure compliance with brand standards across all eCommerce partner sites.
  6. Maintain and optimize content health analytics dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and site-specific capabilities to enhance the digital consumer experience.
  8. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to organic search and content effectiveness.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in Project Management, Marketing, or eCommerce. A strong understanding of SEO techniques and eCommerce platforms is essential.

Skills Required

  • Proficient in navigating online retail portals, particularly Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO best practices and algorithm updates.
  • Experience with content syndication tools, such as Salsify and BazaarVoice.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Work Environment
