About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director, Creative Services and Operations to lead our creative team and oversee the operational aspects of our marketing projects.

This is a key leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation, streamline processes, and deliver high-quality creative outputs that align with our brand vision and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and project managers.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Creative Strategy and Execution
    • Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company's brand and marketing goals.
    • Oversee the creation of high-quality visual and written content for various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
    • Ensure all creative outputs meet brand standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Project Management
    • Manage the end-to-end marketing process, from concept development to final delivery.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
    • Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage resources, and report on project status.
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing team.
    • Develop and manage the client's marketing services budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and freelancers as needed.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of creative projects.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on performance, project status, and team productivity to client and/or senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in creative services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering successful creative projects.
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and digital media.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in creative software and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in creative services and marketing.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
