Job Description

Job Title: Clinical Operations Director - Advanced Illness Management

Job Summary:

Curo Health Services is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Director to lead our Advanced Illness Management Program. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall clinical and financial operations of the program, traveling to various locations across the division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement goals and objectives for Advanced Illness Management that meet and promote high standards of quality clinical care and sound financial success.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, making recommendations for program improvement.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with Palliative Care, Hospice, or Home Health experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience and knowledge in Health Care Operations required.
  • Master's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years health care administration/operations management required.
  • Certified in Hospice and Palliative Care - preferred.
  • Prior experience with budgetary responsibilities, including budget development and monitoring required.
  • Understanding of Medicare/Medicaid, Commercial insurance billing and reimbursement, and value-based care.
  • Ability to travel 95% of the time, with occasional nights and weekends required.
