- 10+ years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, with a strong ability to influence and collaborate with others.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tight deadlines.
- Ability to influence broadly and challenge conventional thinking, with a strong ability to communicate clearly and build partnership and consensus.
- Ability to multi-task, highly organized, and high level of attention to detail.
- Self-confidence and exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills to engage with those reporting into C-Suite leadership, and demystify technical intricacies in language and context relevant to a broader audience.
- Ability to develop high-quality materials, especially written documents for senior leadership.
- Experience with MS Office tools, including strong presentation development skills (PowerPoint).
Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
