As a Senior Event Project Manager, you will oversee our most significant projects, leading your team in the conception and execution of every detail.

Your Responsibilities:

Utilizing your creativity, you will collaborate with your team to implement the latest event trends for our clients. Your role involves working closely with our sales team to identify the unique creative requirements of each event and ensure the client’s vision is realized within budget constraints.

You will craft detailed and cost-effective proposals to present to clients, requiring proactive sales efforts to secure commitments and finalize agreements. Once an event is confirmed, you will partner with clients to deliver exceptional event services.

Employing your judgment and discretion, you will ensure that all event services meet professional standards and align with company expectations.

As a Senior Event Project Manager, you will take on various roles within the team, including sales, creative services, and operations, as needed. Events will vary in size, accommodating anywhere from 10 to over 3,000 attendees, and services may include event design, venue selection, catering, lighting, floral arrangements, entertainment, and more.

You will also foster and enhance vendor relationships while continuously seeking innovative strategies to maintain our competitive edge.


Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Developing tailored proposals with precise pricing to maximize profitability within established margin guidelines.
  • Maintaining a profitable Profit & Loss statement throughout the proposal process.
  • Creating and managing client folders with budgets and proposals, including vendor contracts.
  • Effectively managing vendor and venue relationships by selecting suitable options for each program.
  • Researching industry trends and new venues, sharing insights through internal communications.
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions with the Sales and Creative Director to generate innovative ideas and practical solutions.
  • Demonstrating strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients across various platforms.
  • Conducting client site inspections as necessary.
  • Exhibiting adaptability to switch between sales and operations roles as required.
  • Mentoring junior project managers.

Special Considerations:

Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of event production.
  • Experience in the hospitality or event industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and graphic design software.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
