Client Support Representative Job Description

We are a leading sales and consulting firm working with nationally recognized brands, providing impactful sales services and client support that make a difference. Our sales and communications strategies rely on direct client interaction, building genuine relationships with clients and customers to connect brands to long-standing customers.

In response to our continued growth, we are seeking a Client Support Representative to serve the Miami area, working on behalf of our wireless and telecommunications sales campaign. This role involves communicating with an external consumer base and providing customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite assistance and sales support to potential customers on behalf of a nationally recognized wireless brand.
  • Manage assigned territory properly and partner with the sales team to generate new leads.
  • Conduct informative product presentations outlining the benefits of our client's wireless solutions.
  • Deliver in-field services to clients, including sales, promotional services, and customer service on products offered.
  • Process sales orders and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all paperwork for new customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Client Account Manager and Sales Team to effectively build client revenue and set sales goals.
  • Represent our company in a professional and business manner.
