Insight Global is collaborating with a client in the healthcare sector to identify a Client Support Specialist for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This position offers a standard Monday to Friday schedule and a competitive hourly wage with potential for increase upon permanent placement.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:


• Assess and determine necessary approvals, eligibility, and communicate with medical providers while issuing necessary authorizations in accordance with policy and client guidelines.


• Monitor and follow up on all cases within Latin America, ensuring timely communication with medical providers.


• Offer guidance, support, and information to international members seeking medical services or procedures.


• Address routine inquiries via phone and written communication regarding authorizations and claims status.


• Evaluate and direct complex cases to the appropriate management personnel.


• Utilize multiple systems to gather essential data for issuing authorizations.


• Confirm payment statuses and treatment authorizations, communicating relevant information to the appropriate parties.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience in customer service, preferably bilingual.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Proficiency in French or Spanish.

Experience within the medical or insurance industries.
