Role Overview
The Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in assisting the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in overseeing daily operations within our restaurant and golf facilities. This position is essential for maintaining high standards of service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
1. Support the management team in achieving service, sales, and profit goals while supervising staff in their daily tasks.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures, manage shifts, and assist with service as required.
3. Uphold company standards to enhance sales and minimize operational costs, including food, beverage, and labor expenses.
4. Provide training and direction to team members to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
5. Address guest complaints effectively, transforming dissatisfied customers into repeat visitors.
6. Assist in the hiring, training, and supervision of staff, including conducting orientations and performance reviews.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in all areas.
8. Maintain a professional image and foster a positive working environment to enhance employee morale and productivity.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in hotel or restaurant management is preferred, though relevant experience may be considered.
- A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be eligible to work in the United States.
