Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Operations Specialist to join our team at U.S. Bank. As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of document processing and record keeping tasks associated with customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare physical items for processing on capture devices
- Perform data perfection/data entry on deposit transactions that require correction
- Filing/retrieving items as needed
- Balance tasks
- Perform customer service duties such as answering customer inquiries, resolving customer problems and responding to internal and external customer requests for information
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of related work experience
- Ability to perform multiple tasks
- Strong PC skills
- Proficient and accurate 10 key/data entry skills
- Ability to work within strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong prioritization and organization skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to identify, analyze and resolve exceptions through data interpretation
- Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and department policies, procedures, products and support systems
- Proven commitment to high quality customer service
- Ability to work well with external and internal customers
- Good time management skills to maximize production and execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment
