ABOUT WORK AT HOME VINTAGE EXPERTS AND THE POSITION

At Work At Home Vintage Experts, we take pride in our supportive management and dedication to delivering outstanding customer service within the insurance sector. We are currently in search of qualified individuals to fill the role of Compliance Specialist – Rate Filing to support our insurance clients. Key responsibilities may include:

  • Collaborating with business and actuarial teams to create and revise rates, rules, and forms for submission to State Departments of Insurance.
  • Maintaining precise filing records and addressing objections for approvals.
  • Assisting with market conduct examinations and responding to inquiries.
  • Drafting policy forms, analyzing State regulations, and developing policy language.
  • Coordinating with product development for new coverage options.
  • Staying informed about regulatory changes impacting company filings.
  • Providing support to internal departments on filing-related issues.
  • Experience with the System for Electronic Rates & Forms Filing (SERFF) is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR JOINING AS A REMOTE INSURANCE PROFESSIONAL

  • A minimum of 25 years of full-time professional experience
  • At least 10 years of recent experience in Property & Casualty insurance
