Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Clerical and Administrative Support
    • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and team members.
  • Office Operations
    • Coordinate staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
    • Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
  • Human Resources
    • Assist with new hire orientation and paperwork.
    • Develop and implement filing systems and ensure they are maintained and current.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Establish and maintain effective communication with team members and clients.
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Qualifications
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
