About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Territory Manager to join our Optilume Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting a positive customer experience by partnering with the Sales team to maximize revenue growth and achieve sales goals within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute team sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve annual sales goals.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the Optilume product portfolio and urethral stricture disease state.
  • Develop and maintain professional customer/vendor relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct follow-up customer visits to ensure products are functioning properly and provide training support as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.S. or B.A) in a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, results-oriented approach, and demonstrated teamwork with colleagues in group settings.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects within a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years of medical sales experience in operating room settings.
  • Open to potential relocation with successful development into Territory Manager opportunities.
