AccorHotel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Talent and Culture to lead the development and implementation of Talent and Culture strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and quality improvement, talent development, reward and recognition, managing compensation and benefits, industrial relations, and preparing monthly T&C reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Talent and Culture strategies that align with AccorHotel's policies and goals.
  • Plan and execute quality improvement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
  • Design and deliver talent development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement reward and recognition programs to motivate and engage employees.
  • Manage compensation and benefits packages to ensure fairness and equity.
  • Manage industrial relations to maintain positive employee relations and minimize conflicts.
  • Prepare monthly T&C reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a hotel environment.
  • Current DHR or Assistant in a complex property.
  • University/College degree in a related discipline.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written English communication skills.
