Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality checks hourly and compare packaged product to written paperwork.
  • Monitor production and personnel for following GMP policies.
  • Weigh products hourly and report to the area supervisor the findings outside of the specification.
  • Do pre-operations inspections of equipment prior to production starting following written documentation.
  • Ensure a clean food safe environment.
