Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Provide valuable support to customers by troubleshooting issues, providing data and guidance to the sales team, and managing sales tracking tools.
- Contribute to effective sales operations by assisting the sales team and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Support Account Executives in preparing for customer business reviews by pulling accurate data, preparing customer-specific reports, and producing customer practice analysis materials.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services, and partner with Account Executives on analyzing pricing data and identifying effective marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in sales, business, economics, finance, or a related major, or equivalent experience.
- Fundamental understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Analytical and multitasking skills, with excellent communication skills and basic business acumen.
- Ability to operate with a strong sense of urgency and deliver results, with a self-motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
