Career Opportunity: Sedgwick is seeking a skilled Clinical Case Manager to join our team. As a Field Case Manager, you will work face-to-face with injured workers and medical providers to facilitate advocacy, progressive medical treatment, and timely return-to-work. You will act as a liaison and provide communication between all involved parties. This role requires frequent travel, but you will maintain a home-based office.

Requirements:

* RN licensure preferred; or graduate degree in health or human services field required with one of the following certifications: CCM, CDMS, or CRC.
* Valid driver's license required.
* High-speed internet required.

Compensation:

As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors, including but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $75,000-$95,000.
