Job Summary

Seattle Children's seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior Case Management and UR Manager to lead the Case Management department. As a key member of the Care Coordination team, this individual will provide strategic leadership, supervision, and oversight of day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient, effective, and timely care progression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize clinical outcomes, aligning with Seattle Children's leadership qualities and values-based behaviors.
  • Collaborate with all disciplines, departments, payers, system partners, vendors, and community agencies to achieve goals and key performance indicators.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and management to the assigned group of employees, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with best practice, ethical, legal, and regulatory parameters.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or a Master's degree in Nursing.
  • Minimum three (3) years of related clinical nursing experience in an acute healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrated performance improvement leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and experience providing day-to-day leadership/management to the assigned group of employees in a clinical setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Nursing or an equivalent combination of degrees, including a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) and a Master's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration.
  • Knowledge of and experience using improvement principles and concepts in a healthcare setting.
  • Clinical experience caring for children with medical complexity.
  • Current or previous hospital case management or utilization review experience.
  • Current or previous case management or utilization review leadership experience.
Compensation and Benefits

Seattle Children's offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $115,277.00 - $172,915.00 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 403(b), life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
