Residential Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Residential Therapist, you will provide on-site clinical services for our Columbia Rose RTF and Willamette Rose RTF programs in Portland, Oregon. This role requires the ability to assist with training and clinical oversight of the Residential Associates who provide 24-hour residential support services to the residents.
The successful candidate will have a Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, and be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration. They will also have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check and meet the physical requirements of the position.
We offer a competitive salary range of $6,250 - $7,250 per month, depending on experience and credentials. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including affordable medical, dental, and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, and a generous paid time off policy.
