Residential Crisis Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Crisis Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Residential Crisis Therapist, you will provide clinical services to individuals experiencing crisis and in need of short-term support and stabilization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform crisis assessments and provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Assist with the training and clinical oversight of QMHA staff members
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address client needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- $6,000 - $7,250 per month DOE/Credentials
- Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates
