Residential Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Residential Therapist, you will provide on-site clinical services for our River Bridge SRTF program in Eugene, Oregon. This position requires the ability to assist with training and clinical oversight of the Residential Associates who provide 24-hour residential support services to residents.
The Residential Therapist will report to the Clinical Manager for day-to-day supervision and work assignments, and be supervised by the ColumbiaCare Clinical Director for clinical standards and quality improvement. You will be responsible for performing Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments, Assessment Updates, and Treatment Plans. Additionally, you will provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers.
This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be required to be accessible by phone for emergency purposes and to complete crisis de-escalation training, which includes performing various physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of $62,500 - $72,500 per month, depending on experience and credentials
