Residential Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Residential Therapist, you will provide on-site clinical services for our Columbia Rose RTF and Willamette Rose RTF programs in Portland, Oregon.
This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals affected by severe and persistent mental illness. You will work closely with our team to provide comprehensive mental health assessments, treatment plans, and clinical oversight to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
As a Residential Therapist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing clinical services and supervision to individuals affected by severe and persistent mental illness
- Assisting with training and clinical oversight of Residential Associates who provide 24-hour residential support services
- Collaborating with other community providers to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participating in crisis de-escalation training and responding to emergency situations
We offer a competitive salary range of $6,250 - $7,250 per month, depending on experience and credentials. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including affordable medical/dental/vision plans, flexible spending accounts, and generous paid time off.
