Residential Therapist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Residential Therapist, you will provide on-site clinical services for our Columbia Rose RTF and Willamette Rose RTF programs in Portland, Oregon.
This role requires the ability to provide clinical services and supervision for individuals affected by a severe and persistent mental illness in a residential treatment setting. You will work closely with our team to assist with training and clinical oversight of the Residential Associates who provide 24-hour residential support services to the residents.
The Residential Therapist will report to the Clinical Manager for day-to-day supervision and work assignments, and be supervised by the ColumbiaCare Clinical Director for clinical standards and quality improvement.
Responsibilities- Provide Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments, Assessment Updates, and Treatment Plans
- Provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers
- Be accessible by phone for emergency purposes
- Complete crisis de-escalation training, which requires performing various physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques
- Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Unlicensed Therapists MUST be actively seeking or willing to obtain licensure
- Meet OAR requirement for QMHP by having completed TWO (2) YEARS of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting
- Competitive salary range: $6,250 - $7,250 per month DOE/Credentials
- Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired)
