Salary Range

The salary range for this opportunity is $135,000 - $240,000 per year, with actual compensation dependent on factors such as location, experience, and performance.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Government Certification Practice Leader to join our Risk Advisory and Assurance team. As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for helping us obtain 3PAO/C3PAO status and leading the delivery of consulting services to our clients.

  • Leverage industry and technical expertise to assist management in identifying risks and controls associated with our clients' businesses.
  • Manage client relationships, including all phases of client delivery such as planning, delivery, staffing, quality, staff development, issue management, reporting, and coaching.
  • Assist with business development and perform various services for clients, including FedRAMP, StateRAMP, and CMMC.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree (four-year college or university) or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a FedRAMP 3PAO assessor.
  • 5+ years of experience in information technology, information security, technical assessment, or audits.
  • Extensive knowledge of security control requirements (NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP, StateRAMP, DoD) and their interrelationships with other frameworks.
  • Significant experience applying technical knowledge in FISMA/FedRAMP and other compliance assessments within large CSP environments.
