Agile Leadership Role

We are seeking an Enterprise Agile Leader to join our team at the United States District Court. This is a challenging opportunity to develop and implement agile frameworks and processes, drive innovation, and lead cross-functional teams.

About the Role:

  • Leverage your expertise in agile methodologies to lead multiple agile teams developing case management systems for federal courts.
  • Develop and implement standard guidelines, processes, policies, and procedures for program and project management in an agile environment.
  • Provide government oversight of contractor staff on multiple agile teams and lead, manage, and mentor personnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain agile frameworks and processes for multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the Federal Judiciary and court working groups to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Foster growth and maturity among team members, promote collaboration, and encourage accountability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least two years of specialized experience in project management, process improvement, written and oral communication, and client engagement.
  • Experience working in an agile IT organization, managing internal and external coalitions, and mentoring team members.

Salary and Benefits:

  • $140,000 - $200,000 annual salary, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life insurance, flexible benefits, and retirement savings plan.
  • Paid annual and sick leave, 11 paid federal holidays, and transit subsidy program.
