Sales Lead

At Chico's FAS, we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As a Sales Lead, you'll play a critical role in promoting a customer-focused sales culture and supporting store management in achieving brand, performance, and behavior standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and communicate clear expectations to drive results and hold team members accountable for achieving sales and performance goals.
- Supervise sales, inventory receipt, and reconciliation processes, ensuring accurate and efficient execution.
- Develop and maintain a high-performance culture, motivating sales teams to meet assigned sales and productivity goals.
- Train and coach sales teams to ensure fluency in product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Constant walking and standing (67-100% of 8-hour shift).
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of 8-hour shift).
- Frequent climbing (34-66% of 8-hour shift).
