SP+ is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Porter to join our team. As a key member of our facility operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Facility Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, sweeping, and trash removal, to ensure a safe and clean environment for our customers and employees.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including oil absorbent application and bulb replacement, to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of janitorial supplies and report any discrepancies to management.
- Reporting and Communication: Submit reports on maintenance activities, customer interactions, and any issues or concerns to management in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in facility maintenance, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- License: Valid state-issued driver's license required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more regularly, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
