Job Title: Maintenance Porter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Porter to join our team at SP+. As a Maintenance Porter, you will be responsible for performing facility maintenance duties and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, sweeping, and trash removal.
  • Inspect and repair equipment, including gates, ticket spitters, and safety items.
  • Paint and touch up surfaces as needed.
  • Operate automatic sweepers, scrubbers, and other equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Assist with cashier and attendant duties as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in facility maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more regularly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
