Position Summary
The Department of Psychology at Harvard University is looking to appoint an assistant professor in the field of Clinical Psychology. The successful candidate will be engaged in teaching at both undergraduate and graduate levels, as well as mentoring students throughout their academic journey.

We are particularly interested in candidates who possess a broad understanding of clinical psychological science. Our focus is on innovative and high-quality research rather than specific methodologies or topics.

Potential areas of research may include, but are not limited to, experimental behavioral studies involving human subjects, cognitive neuroscience, genetic research, cross-cultural studies, or computational modeling.

We encourage candidates whose research aligns with and enhances the existing work within the Department.


Essential Qualifications
A doctorate or terminal degree is required by the start of the appointment. Candidates should demonstrate a strong potential for excellence in both research and teaching.

Preferred Qualifications
A proven commitment to teaching and advising is highly desirable.
