Key Responsibilities of the QSR General Manager:

  • Collaborate with the management team to guarantee that customers enjoy an exceptional dining experience on a daily basis.
  • Deliver training and mentorship to all staff members.
  • Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Ensure accountability within the entire team, including yourself.
  • Track food and labor expenses to optimize profitability.

Qualifications for the QSR General Manager:

  • Available to work any shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a QSR General Manager, particularly with Drive-Thru operations.
  • Familiarity with Profit and Loss statements.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and work alongside your team.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous.

Compensation for the QSR General Manager:

  • Base Salary: $68,000 with potential bonuses (up to an additional $20,000).
  • Quarterly Bonus plus an Extra Year-End Bonus.
  • 75% Employer-Paid Health Insurance (Single/Family).
  • Two Weeks Paid Time Off in the first two years.
  • Three Weeks Paid Time Off in years three and four.
  • Four Weeks Paid Time Off in year five, plus a Four-Week Sabbatical.
