Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • No prior experience necessary; training will be provided
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree not required

Desirable Qualifications:

  • At least one year of relevant experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit job sites to instruct on shipping, receiving, and inventory protocols
  • Conduct audits at job sites and yards to ensure compliance with shipping, receiving, and inventory standards
  • Provide virtual support to job sites for updating inventory documentation
  • Collaborate with purchasing to evaluate cost-effective options for shipping existing stock or acquiring new inventory
  • Develop a regular travel itinerary to assist with site inventory counts
  • Train field personnel on shipping, receiving, and inventory management procedures
  • Reconcile physical stock counts with computer-generated inventory reports
  • Allocate assets as required
  • Manage asset reservations
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on tracking loose items or missing inventory
  • Generate reports as needed
This position is ideal for individuals entering the workforce or returning with limited experience and education.
