Responsibilities

  • Manage cash applications and post cash receipts daily to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Pull AR reports to provide weekly status updates to management on customer accounts, identifying non-payment and credit issues.
  • Assist with General Ledger analysis, aging reports, and month-end close processes to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the billing team to resolve credit memos and customer reconciliations.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of relevant experience in accounts receivable and/or general accounting.
  • Experience in distribution, inventory, shipping, or related fields is a plus.
  • Intermediate Excel skills are highly desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • A strong desire to work collaboratively with a close-knit team and learn from experienced professionals.
