KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Spa Services Coordinator, your primary duties will include:

  • Welcoming guests and providing guidance on the use of spa amenities and services.
  • Supervising spa facilities and distributing towels and equipment to guests.
  • Assisting in the collection of payments for spa services from both hotel and non-hotel guests, including retail transactions.
  • Ensuring all spa areas are maintained in a clean and inviting condition.
  • Offering assistance and instruction in the use of the Athletic Club and Spa facilities.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and attractiveness of the Athletic Club and Spa areas.
  • Monitoring inventory levels for spa and athletic supplies.
  • Reporting safety concerns to the Supervisor.
  • Delivering courteous and friendly service to all guests and team members.
  • Performing additional tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a spa or similar setting.
  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong communication skills and familiarity with various salon treatments and procedures.
  • Comprehensive understanding of company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions accurately.
  • Capability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • Flexibility to be available on call as needed.

Health Card required.
