About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our fast-growing sales organization at Bausch Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with dermatologists and healthcare providers in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and Sell Products: Develop and execute territory plans to achieve business results through compliant means, promoting and selling our dermatological products to current and potential customers within a defined geography.
  • Develop and Analyze Territory Plans: Use functional and technical knowledge of Bausch Health products, healthcare, pharmaceutical marketplaces, managed care, and customer markets to meet or exceed customer needs.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain excellent communications and sound working relationships with co-workers and assigned physicians and healthcare providers.
  • Participate in Sales Meetings: Actively participate in scheduled Company sales meetings, district and regional conference calls, and other business meetings.
  • Model Company Standards: Demonstrate honesty and integrity while modeling behaviors consistent with company standards and policies for business and compliance-related matters.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in a quota-driven role.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Dermatology and/or selling Biologics, strong business acumen, and ability to understand market opportunities.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to physically perform all job duties, including driving in a geographically large territory for long periods of time each day, lifting sample boxes (25 pounds), and remaining in a standing position for prolonged periods of time when giving presentations or lunches.
