Client Experience Specialist

Your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers on an ongoing basis, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will also work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support through various channels.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales information to effectively promote Graybar's goods and services.
- A competitive salary of $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
