Job SummaryWe are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Akina Pharmacy. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, providers, and healthcare partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound communications, including calls, emails, and live chat
- Document patient and provider demographics
- Resolve customer issues and requests
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or healthcare setting
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle high-volume communications professionally and empathetically
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to accurately document and manage detailed customer and patient information
