Role Summary: As a key member of our Customer Service Team, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for ensuring that customer insurance accounts are processed efficiently and accurately. About the Position:
- The successful candidate will manage day-to-day activities related to customer insurance accounts, maintain accurate records, and provide professional support to clients via phone and email
- You will work closely with our account onboarding team to ensure seamless processing of new and renewed tasks and activities for client accounts
- As part of our customer-focused team, you will assist colleagues as needed with account-related workflow items and contribute to the overall success of our business
