  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary strategic contact with key stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships and resolving conflicts and challenges through diplomacy and negotiation skills.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Develop, mentor, and lead a team of Strategic Partnership Directors to effectively execute partnership strategies and ensure cohesive team spirit among leaders in operations and new business roles.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership activities with business objectives, facilitating communication and knowledge sharing across departments to optimize partnership outcomes.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Define and monitor key performance metrics for the Strategic Partnership team, measuring effectiveness and ROI, and preparing regular reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Industry and Market Insight: Lead industry relations activities and ownership of association strategy to strengthen Aramark's presence, manage lobbyist relationships, and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing high-performing teams.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strategic thinker and data-driven approach to decision-making.
