- Escalate complex repair issues to senior technicians as needed.
- Respond to customer service inquiries within a 30-minute timeframe.
- Provide on-site technical support as required.
- Participate in ongoing machine installations to gain hands-on experience.
- Travel regionally as part of installation teams when necessary.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret equipment data to identify performance issues.
- Work in a semiconductor cleanroom environment for extended durations.
- Manage tasks effectively under pressure and provide regular updates to clients during repair processes.
- Maintain precise documentation of maintenance activities and submit periodic reports to management.
- Engage in training opportunities to enhance your technical knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in electromechanical roles, preferably in semiconductor equipment or engineering.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for business purposes (valid driver's license required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds independently; assistance available for heavier loads.
- Strong visual acuity for detailed inspections and measurements.
- Comfortable working in diverse physical conditions, including proximity to moving parts and exposure to chemicals.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations requiring quick problem resolution.
