Job Title: Field Service Technician

At United Safety and Survivability Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, installing and maintaining our products, and providing technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and service to customers during field visits.
  • Install, maintain, and repair our products to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers.
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on the use and maintenance of our products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Accurately document all field activities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical or mechanical field.
  • Automotive or transit experience preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints and use hand tools or other tools required for the job.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for up to 12 hours per day.
  • Flexible schedule and ability to travel extensively, including weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and passport required.
  • Knowledge of computerized business systems, Excel, Word, email, and general personal computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
