Position Overview: We are in search of a Site Operations Supervisor to oversee and facilitate daily relocation activities for specific teams at various job sites. This role involves managing teams ranging from 5 to 20 personnel across different locations. As the primary representative of our brand, personal accountability and leadership are crucial. You should be the kind of leader that inspires respect and cooperation from your team. Familiarity with custom web-based systems is essential, as all projects are managed and tracked digitally. Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing large-scale commercial relocation initiatives.
  • Managing teams of 5-20 including Supervisors, Laborers, Drivers, and Installers.
  • Facilitating coordination between internal departments such as sales, operations, and warehousing, as well as external stakeholders including clients and end-users.
  • Conducting daily reporting and project planning.
  • Managing equipment and resources for relocation projects.
  • Providing additional support to crews on-site as necessary.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Professional demeanor and presentation are essential.
  • Proven experience in managing field teams of 5-20 individuals effectively.
  • Background in planning and logistics within the moving and relocation sector.
  • Exceptional communication skills are a must.
  • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
