Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a secure and safe workplace while ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Alert supervisors and on-site personnel of any irregularities, suspicious behavior, security incidents, and safety concerns.
- Promptly and accurately complete standardized incident reports.
- Actively promote and embody company values while serving as a visible deterrent on-site.
- Execute various job-related tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid SORA certification.
- Military experience is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of security experience.
- Experience in concierge services.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail and ability to adhere to instructions.
