Responsibilities
  • Patient Education: Develop and implement educational programs to promote disease management, self-care techniques, and wellness strategies.
  • Care Coordination: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery, promoting optimal health outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Leadership: Assume leadership roles in clinical settings, mentoring and guiding junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Licensure: Current valid North Carolina nursing license required.
  • Experience: One year of relevant experience in a healthcare setting, preferred.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 per annum, based on experience.
