About Us

We are a large multispecialty institute providing integrated inpatient and outpatient service line management of adult medical and surgical cardiovascular patients. With over 70 providers across six offices serving four hospitals in the Charlotte area, we have established ourselves as a leading healthcare provider in the region.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our team of electrophysiologists to deliver high-quality patient-centered care to cardiovascular patients in the Greater Charlotte area. The position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and experience in program development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage expertise in clinical consultative cardiology and electrophysiology to drive excellence in patient care
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the performance of our EP team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Board certification in Cardiology and/or Electrophysiology
  • Proven experience in leadership and program development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
