Salary

$95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Generous quarterly bonuses based on clinic growth and expansion.

Job Description

As a Senior ABA Clinical Lead, you will oversee the clinical operations of our Charlotte location, developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of care. You will provide clinical supervision and support to BCBAs and RBT staff, conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to each client's needs.

  • Manage clinical operations, including supervising staff, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in client care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of client sessions and progress.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Board Certified Behavior Technician (BCBA) certification required.
  • LBA certification.
  • 4+ years of experience in the ABA field.
  • Leadership experience a plus.
  • Administrative experience a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
