Job Description

The Enterprise Accounts Director for Dermatology and Wound Care is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to support the Wound sales team in Dermatology and large Wound Care groups.

Key activities include training the Wound Sales team on clinical and reimbursement taxonomy, fostering physician training programs, and facilitating access and competence in wound accounts.

The successful candidate will work closely with the assigned field sales team to educate them on proper usage and promotion of Kerecis MariGen products.

Responsibilities include:

  • Position Kerecis competitively in the Dermatology market and increase sales, especially post Mohs procedures
  • Target large Wound Care groups to develop business with their executive teams
  • Develop, sell, and service Kerecis accounts within the assigned Region and other areas of the United States, as assigned
  • Work with Medical Affairs to educate the Dermatology community on the benefits of Kerecis
  • Attend Dermatology related meetings and tradeshows
  • Work with Medical Affairs and Marketing to develop Dermatology specific brochures, case studies, Flipbook, etc.
  • Travel as necessary to all assigned targeted accounts for in-service, education and applications independently or with the local RTS
  • Manage the ordering process and inventory for assigned Dermatology accounts
  • Work with the Medical Affairs team to develop a Dermatology Advisory Committee, Dermatology Centers of Excellence, Dermatology KOL Development, Dermatology Abstracts / Studies and other related initiatives
  • Assist in training and development of RTSs to be proficient in dermatology product applications
  • Assist the marketing and sales leadership teams to develop a successful Dermatology sales strategy
  • Manage the established Dermatology business Sales Quota within the assigned Region
